Delivery and Refund Policy

Within 14 days: unconditional full refund if no token credits have been used; if credits have been used, a refund of the remaining amount after deducting the cost of used credits.
1. Digital Service Delivery
Draw is a presentation creation service used over the internet. There is no physical product shipment and no shipping fee. Purchased plans and token credits are digitally assigned to the account associated with the purchase after payment confirmation. If your payment is confirmed but you cannot access the service or your credits, you can contact us at info@91.com.tr.
2. Refunds Within 14 Days
You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the token credits associated with the purchase have not been used at all, the full amount paid will be refunded without requiring any reason or additional conditions. If token credits have been used, only the cost of the used credits will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remaining amount will be refunded. This policy applies to monthly and annual plan purchases.
3. Cost of Used Credits
The deduction is calculated based on the token credits actually consumed from the purchase subject to the refund request. You will be provided with a usage statement, the cost of used credits, and the remaining refund amount. Credits restored due to failed transactions are not considered usage; no deductions are made for free or promotional credits. No cancellation or transaction fees are applied other than the cost of used credits; the deduction cannot exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
4. Refund Application and Payment
You can send your refund request to info@91.com.tr, including the email address registered to your account and the relevant payment or order information. You do not need to state a reason for the refund. Do not share your full card number, CVV, or password. The refund amount will be sent back to the payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving your request. The time it takes for your bank to reflect the amount in your account may vary. Unused credits associated with the refunded purchase will be canceled.
5. Consumer Rights
These terms describe the refund policy offered by Draw. They do not limit the consumer's rights of withdrawal, rights regarding defective services, and other rights arising from applicable mandatory legislation. In cases where legislation requires a full refund, the used credit deduction will not be applied.
