1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute the agreement between Doksanbir Reklam Prodüksiyon Yazılım Yayıncılık ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("Draw", "we", "us") and individuals or legal entities ("User", "you") who access or use our services via draw.tr or draw.page. By registering for or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Draw is an AI-powered presentation and page creation platform. The services include: • Browser-based drag-and-drop presentation editor • AI-powered content and image generation tools • Template library • Presentation sharing and publishing • PDF and PPTX export (video export only when explicitly offered in beta) • Team collaboration features (depending on the plan) Draw reserves the right to change the scope, functionality, or pricing structure of the services with prior notice.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access the services, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to the following obligations regarding your account: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration • Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with third parties • Be responsible for all activities carried out through your account • Immediately notify info@91.com.tr in case of suspected unauthorized access Individuals under 18 years of age cannot create a Draw account. Corporate users are responsible for the account activities of their employees.
4. Usage Plans and Payments
Draw offers different usage plans, including Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Paid Plans: Draw offers Free, Starter, Pro, and contract-based Enterprise plans. Prices for Starter and Pro plans purchased by card are displayed in US Dollars (USD) on the payment screen. Applicable taxes and invoices will be separately indicated on the payment screen when the payment provider is activated. Automatic Renewal: Automatic renewal applies only to subscriptions linked to the actual payment provider. The User can issue a cancellation instruction for the end of the period from the account screen or revoke this instruction before the period ends. Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the token credit for the relevant purchase has not been used, the full amount paid will be refunded without requiring a reason. If token credit has been used, the cost of the used credit will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remaining amount will be refunded. The same policy applies to monthly and annual plans. Details are available on the Delivery and Refund Terms page at /teslimat-ve-iade. The consumer's rights arising from mandatory legislation are reserved. Price Changes: Prices may be changed with at least 30 days' prior notice. The current subscription period will not be affected.
5. Content Ownership and License
Your Content: All presentations, texts, images, and other content you create on the Draw platform ("User Content") belong to you. Draw only requests the necessary technical rights for the purpose of providing the services. License Granted to Draw: You grant Draw a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content to you. This license is solely for the technical operation of the services; we will not share your content with third parties. Draw Content: Templates, UI components, software, and related intellectual property rights on the platform belong to Draw. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they may not be reproduced or distributed.
6. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited: • Creating misleading, deceptive, or harmful content • Infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights • Spreading spam, phishing, or malware • Overloading the system with automated tools or bots • Attempting unauthorized access to third-party Draw accounts • Violating legal regulations or export restrictions • Producing or disseminating content related to child abuse • Collecting or processing personal data of others without permission Draw reserves the right to close accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Service Availability
Draw does not guarantee that the services will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, attacks). Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We recommend that you keep your own backup copies to protect your data. Draw cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from data loss.
8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability
Draw and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Draw's maximum liability in any event shall be limited to the total subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. The parties agree to first seek resolution through negotiation. In case of dispute, the Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized. If you are using the service as a consumer, the consumer courts or consumer arbitration committees in your location are also authorized.
11. Changes to Terms
Draw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to your registered email address. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of the changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. Last updated: March 16, 2026
