Sharing a public presentation template

Understand private, pending and approved templates, and what happens when you edit a published template.

Submitting a template for review

Save your presentation as a template and request public visibility. A user-submitted public template stays private while waiting for administrator review. It does not appear in the public catalogue simply because you selected public visibility. Check the slides, copy and media before submitting.

Approval, rejection and later edits

An administrator reviews the actual slides and approves or rejects the submission. Approval publishes the reviewed version; rejection keeps the template private. Editing a published user template requires another review. An approval of an older version cannot publish newer, unreviewed content.

Using a template

Choose an available template to create your own presentation, then edit its text and media in the editor. Working on your copy does not edit the source template. Free accounts can use templates and the editor; AI generation requires an active paid plan and available credits.
